Right of Withdrawal – You Have 14 Days

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
Simply fill out our  Help & Contact form and select the category "Return" to let us know you’d like to cancel your order. To meet the deadline, it’s enough to submit the form before the 14-day period has expired.

What Happens After a Withdrawal

Once we receive the returned item, we’ll refund your full payment, including the standard shipping costs, within 14 days – using the same payment method you used for your original purchase.

Size Doesn’t Fit? No Problem!

If the size you ordered doesn’t fit, we’re happy to offer a one-time size exchange. Please submit the request within 14 days of receiving your order using our Help & Contact form and select the category "Size Exchange", and let us know which size you’d like instead.

Damaged or Incorrect Items? We’ve Got You Covered.

If you’ve received a damaged or incorrect item, we’re truly sorry – that shouldn’t happen!
Please use our Help & Contact form and select the category "Damaged or Incorrect Product" to report the issue. Make sure to include:

  • A short description of the issue
  • A photo clearly showing the defect or incorrect item

⚠️Please note: "Incorrect product” means that you received a different item than what you actually ordered. It does not apply if you ordered the wrong item by mistake or changed your mind.⚠️

We’ll review your case right away. In these cases, we’ll of course cover the return shipping costs – you’ll receive a return label or another suitable solution.

Returning Items – A Few Guidelines

Please make sure to return items in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, and ideally in their original packaging with tags.

We reserve the right to decline refunds for items that show visible signs of wear or damage.
