Thank you for shopping with Black-V. We work with trusted fulfillment partners to produce and ship your orders on demand. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how and when your order will arrive.


1. Where We Ship

We currently ship to:

2. Fulfillment & Delivery Times

All items are made to order. Once your order is placed, production begins at the nearest available fulfillment center (Europe or UK).

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, if available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking to become active.

If you haven’t received tracking info after 5 business days, feel free to contact us.


5. Customs & Import Duties

Customs & Import Duties (EU only)

  • EU deliveries: No customs duties within the EU single market (special territories may differ).

6. Delays, Loss & Damage

Once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not liable for:

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, etc.

  • Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery

? However, if you believe your order is lost, contact us and we’ll work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.


7. Incorrect Addresses or Failed Deliveries

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We cannot refund or resend orders if:

  • The address was incorrect

  • The package was undeliverable

  • The customer refused the delivery

If an order is returned to sender, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipping (additional shipping costs may apply).


8. Split Shipments

Depending on the items ordered and their fulfillment locations, your order may arrive in multiple shipments. You will not be charged extra for this.
